When David Estalote wanted to learn to play the piano, the 27-year-old New Yorker sought out a teacher at a local music college. To learn to play golf, he took lessons from a pro at his grandfather's country club. When he recently decided he needed coaching to play a videogame better, he turned to a teenager who lives 1,200 miles away in Florida.

Very Few Actually Watch Videos on their iPods and Mobile Phones

Knowledge Networks, a Menlo Park-based market research firm, has released a study that claims 50% of those who subscribe to video cell phone services actually watch video. In addition to mobile phones, the report finds that 30% of video iPod users actually use their iPods for video.

Makes sense, everyone rather watch Diggnation on the computer.

A spat between American VoIP companies and the South Korean government has threatened to shut down a communications channel between U.S. soldiers and their families.VoIP is often used by U.S. service members as an inexpensive way of communicating to their families back home.

Goldeneye:Source leader dies in fire

According to relatives and a local newspaper, Nicholas L. Bishop, the director of the Goldeneye mod for the source engine commited suicide in his home by igniting a grill in the bathroom. Its a sad day for his close friends and for the entire mod community.
